Pricing and VAT

All prices mentioned on this website for conference registration and related activities are exclusive of 21% Belgian VAT. As the conference is taking place in Belgium, Belgian VAT rules apply.

Registration and Payment Terms

  1. Registration Confirmation:
    Registration is only considered complete upon full payment of the registration fee.
    Confirmation of registration will be sent via email once payment has been received.

  2. Invoice:
    An invoice will be provided for all registrations and will reflect the registration details and applicable VAT.
    This invoice will be generated inmediately after the online payment or after a details check when the participants requested an invoice to be paid by bank transfer.

Participant Cancellation Policy

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
    No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event or for no-shows.

  2. Cancellation Process:
    All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to the DFI Europe info@dfi-effc25.be. The date of the email will determine the cancellation timeline and eligibility for a refund.
